Marathon Training Plan 2015

As I write this, it is 175 days until, what will be, my first marathon!  So it’s time for me to start training proper!  I have revisited my old faithful site My Asics to come up with the marathon training plan below.  It will consist of 109 runs – 4 times a week, spanning 929 km , with a target time of 5:26:04

It looks manageable for now.  I would like to run under 5 hours but we shall see how it goes.  I will restart my training blogs to document the process.
