Loch Ness Marathon 2018 Training Plan

After the success of Manchester Marathon earlier this year, I have decided that I wanted to up my game and do another Marathon this year!  Two in one year look at me! 😀  I had many autumn marathons to chose from, in the end I decided to go for the Baxters Loch Ness Marathon in the beautiful countryside of Scotland.  Who knows I might even spot the monster. 😀

I started my training plan a few weeks ago but am now at the remaining 16 weeks to go mark.

My new target time is 4:16:22.  It took me only 2 mins and 43 seconds longer than my target time at Manchester, so here’s hoping that I can come closer to target this time.  But again if I don’t, I hope to complete it in at least 4:25.
