Today’s run it seems was just for the sake of it. It’s a short run day, but todays was pitifully short! I only ran just over a km (1.07 km) in 8 mins 32 seconds (pace 7:58 min/km). I was going to do a whole mile but just couldn’t. I stopped the treadmill, to go get a drink of water, in the hopes that I would return to it! But never did! Oh dear. At least a ran to keep the streak going – just two more days then rest days will be rest days once more 🙂 I also tried doing one of the combination 30 day challenges – today’s session was 20 Pushups, 70 squats, 30 situps, 25 crunches, 12 leg raises and 20 seconds plank. I hope I have redeemed myself!
Tomorrow is a long run day. I’ll have to get going earlier the temperatures will be high all day!
