Half Marathon Training Plan 2015

On the 20th September I will be revisiting the Canada Army Run. It was my very first Half Marathon last year, 2014, and I completed it in 2hr 48m 24s.  I have competed in several races since then and barring the Marathon, I have not followed any formal training plan since then.  I have been running at least 3-4 times per week, but without any purpose.  I have decided to commit to another training plan and see if I can, not only beat last years time, but smash it!  I am, again using My Asics for a training plan, and it thinks I should be able to complete my next half marathon in 2hr 26m 10s.  That’s well over 20 minutes quicker!  I will give it a go!  Here is the plan I will be following!
